How an urgent callout works

1. Step 1

   Tap once, everyone nearby is alerted

   When something can’t wait, like a leak or no heating, request an urgent callout and every available tradie near you is alerted the instant you tap, live on the map.

2. Step 2

   Pick your tradie and watch them come

   You see each tradie’s callout price and hourly rate before you accept anyone. Pick one and track them live on the map, like a delivery, so you know exactly who to expect and when.

3. Step 3

   Sign off, then pay

   At the door they ask for your 5 digit arrival code to start the job. When the work is done you review and sign off in the app, and only then is your card charged.
